STAFF

Our people make us who we are.

  • Jennifer Abrusia’s introduction to the nonprofit world began in 2016 as an active Board Member and Treasurer for HERIndependence, a Charleston based NPO that supports single mothers pursuing a postsecondary education, by subsidizing their housing expenses. This experience, combined with over two decades spent in the healthcare field in hands on patient care, has been the catalyst for her desire to spend more energy supporting causes that improve the lives of those in our community. A genuinely curious person with a deep compassion for her fellow humans, Jennifer looks forward to using her experiences to support the clients at People in Partnership as we work together to make South Carolina an even better place for us all.

Jennifer lives in Anderson, SC with her husband Francesco and is the proud mother of Zoe, a 2022 Clemson Graduate.
